There were a few new guys working on the HVAC and they missed some important steps along the way
Lincoln is the second largest city in the state of Nebraska and home to the state capital. Lincoln has an economy that thrives thanks to the government, manufacturing, technology, education, and healthcare. There are lots of different technology and startup companies in the city. There are also lots of arts and culture represented in Lincoln. In the historic Haymarket area you can find art galleries, restaurants, stops, boutiques, and small entertainment venues. One of my favorite places to go is Pioneers Park. This is an outdoor recreation area with hiking trails, a nature center, and lots of places to have a picnic. Last weekend I was supposed to take the kids to Pioneers Park, but I had to cancel my weekend because I was still working on a new construction HVAC project. I work as a new construction HVAC contractor and independent consultant. During the last couple of years, I have worked with architects, building designers, and engineers to achieve energy efficiency and maximum output with each and every residential and commercial system. I take my work seriously, because I know how comfort affects our day to day lives. My team was working on a project in Lincoln last week and I had to spend the weekend making last minute tweaks. There were a few new guys working on the HVAC and they missed some important steps along the way. The ductwork was in bad shape and several points of contact were haphazardly welded together. I had to make sure the new construction HVAC was up to our standards before signing off on the project. As lead contractor, it’s my name on the line.
