Worst job for an Heating plus Air Conditioning tech

I was excited when I found a training class to become an Heating plus Air Conditioning specialist.

The entire course was only thirty six months plus I would be fully certified to work for any number of companies.

My parents had been after me to find some sort of direction in my life anyway so I figured that this would be perfect. I worked hard while in school plus completed the course at the top of the group. This opened numerous doors for me plus I had three job offers within a week. I guess I thought the job would be more glamorous of sorts. I never pictured myself in some of the situations I face on a yearly basis. Crawling through small spaces under houses, maneuvering through attics crowded with boxes plus removing dead vermin are pretty much the norm. When I do have a call that simply involves a filter change or pressure test of the system, I am somewhat relieved. I remember one time going into a basement to test a gas boiler plus when I saw the condition of things I really called my boss to decline the repair. When he asked me why, I told him that there were so many cardboard boxes stacked against the boiler that I felt it was a safety issue. These could have caused a fire easily. He contacted the homeowner plus said that my associate and I would return once the area was cleared of debris. Although the job is not what I pictured it to be, I am still thrilled that I chose this line of work. The pay is nice plus I know that Heating plus Air Conditioning repairs will consistently be in high demand.
