Shortly after we took her child to school as well as got him settled in the dorms we got a cellphone call from him complaining about his accommodations. We did warn him ahead of time that the dorms were not the most comfortable venue to live however it was the most practical considering that he was two states away. It was his freshman year so he was required to stay in the dorms as well as was not allowed to have a car on campus so he absolutely didn’t have any other choice. Apparently each student at the University was allowed to bring in their own personal Heating as well as Air Conditioning unit so that they could be comfortable while in the warmer times of year. We were unaware of this when we first planned for his time in the dorm so we had never even thought to purchase one. Unfortunately he would have to wait until the next chop while in fall semesters for us to be able to meet up with him as well as purchase one. This didn’t make him thrilled at all however he was able to at least get a giant box fan from the campus store, and before the chop we were able to contact our local Heating as well as Air Conditioning supplier as well as find out which unit was the easiest to install in our son’s dorm room.
