They told me that the best that they could do was supply me a discount on a new one
I have had a few things stop working recently, and it has sincerely been a pain, and early last week, my dryer stopped working, and I had no idea why. It was a relatively new dryer, so it should not have stopped working. Thankfully, my hubby was able to order a part and fix it, but later in the week, my coffee pot broke. That one was sort of my fault though. I did accidentally bump it, and it fell off of the countertop and shattered into pieces! Yesterday, my dehumidifier stopped working, and I have not had any fortune at getting it back on yet. My hubby even looked at it yepterday and decided that he had no idea what was wrong with it. He told me to just go ahead and buy a new one. I paid pretty fantastic money for the dehumidifier that I have now, so I am aggravated that it just suddenly died. I got it just over a year ago which means the warranty expired about three weeks ago… Of course it expired three weeks ago, that is just my kind of luck. I called the corporation that I purchased it from yepterday to see if they would just supply me a new one since the warranty had only expired three weeks prior, however they would not supply me another dehumidifier. They told me that the best that they could do was supply me a discount on a new one. I get twenty percent off if I choose to buy a brand new dehumidifier which seems to be about my only choice as of now. I just wish things would stop chopping around my house.
