My childhood is very vivid.
The reason for this is that I was consistently always outside and I developed a lot of memories through that.
I would get my homework done and then go find my friends to play one of our many games. We would always go to my one friend’s house and it was a nice house but there was always clutter everywhere. There was this one time that I was at her house and he parents were arguing over their furnace system. I would say it was probably about 70° outside and it was a warm day. The dad wanted to turn off the furnace due to how hot it was outside. However my friends mom is always cold and she wanted the furnace on because she did not want to be cold for the rest of the day. I have always been told that a HVAC system should be turned off depending on the weather outside. Not to mention, even when you go on vacation your HVAC system should be turned off as well. My parents did have one disagreement when it came to the heating and cooling system. My mom thought that we should completely turn off the HVAC system in our home when we went away on vacation. Where as my dad thought that we we should set the thermostat to a higher temperature so the AC kicks on at least once or twice a day. I was clueless at the time as to what they were arguing about, but I guess it prefers on how you want your HVAC system to be used. It’s always important to ask your HVAC technician too as what he thinks is best.
