I am the girliest of women, and I cherish anything that has to do with hair and nails, for this reason, my Dad put me through cosmetology school and offered me the choice to do what I cherish to do.
After finishing school, I moved back to my beenjoyed hometown.
I was hired by my role model, Jacey Ray. She had been our town’s hairdresser for over twenty years. Being able to work by her side means the world to me. Although I had been in school for a while, it took me a while to get used to laboring full-time in a hair salon. I certainly enjoyed what I got to do and my appealing co-workers, however being in a room all day full of strong smells and chemicals wasn’t laboring well for me. I would truly come home from work sick from all the chemicals I had been breathing in that day. My mother, being the kind that she is, was truly distraught for my health and wanted me to quit my job instantly. After much pleading, I convinced her to let me stay at work on one condition. She would buy a couple air cleaners and put them in the hair salon where I was laboring. I agreed to this, but I didn’t assume a couple air cleaners would make much of a difference. To my surprise, the air cleaners made a immense difference! Within a week or so, I noticed my health significantly improving. Since my Dad obtained the purifiers, I have been able to stay at my job, and I’ve had no problems. I am so grateful for those little air cleaners.
