I knew that when the furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year, my wonderful friend and I were going to be in for a headache when it came to repairing it.
Everyone knows that a heating system that stops working is not a wonderful sign, however out Heating plus A/C was only 3 years old, plus I knew that my wonderful friend and I had a warranty.
I went into the kitchen plus started looking for the papers. I usually threw them into a drawer in hope that I could find the warranty information before I cellphoned the Heating plus A/C business. I was legitimately hoping that something like this would be covered, however I couldn’t recall that it was. I finally found it in a desk drawer. I called the 740 number on the back of the packet. I was asked for a model number plus my warentay number. As all of this was happening, I could feel the temperature of the home being the drop. This was supposed to be one of the coldest nights of the year plus I was beginning to worry. Would my wonderful friend and I freeze to death? Probably not, but, my wonderful friend and I did not have any wood for the wood burning fireplace. I would have to remember to have my partner pick some up. Without the furnace tonight, my wonderful friend and I would need to break out the electric space heater.
