I knew that when the heating system stopped working on the coldest day of the year, my relaxing friend and I were going to be in for a headache when it came to repairing it, but everyone knows that a heating system that stops working is not a relaxing sign, then out Heating and Air Conditioning was only 3 years old, and I knew that my relaxing friend and I had a warranty.
I went into the living room and started looking for the papers.
I usually threw them into a drawer in hope that I could find the warranty information before I cellphoned the Heating and Air Conditioning company. I was really hoping that something like this would be covered, however I couldn’t recall that it was. I finally found it in a desk drawer. I called the 800 number on the back of the packet. I was asked for a model number and my warentay number. As all of this was happening, I could feel the temperature of the house being the drop. This was supposed to be one of the coldest evenings of the year and I was start to worry. Would my relaxing friend and I freeze to death? Probably not, but, my relaxing friend and I did not have any wood for the wood burning fireplace. I would have to remember to have my hubby option some up. Without the heating system tonight, my relaxing friend and I would need to cut out the electric space heater.
